Does Any of This Sound Familiar?
You don’t feel like yourself anymore, and you’re not sure when that changed.
You’re juggling too much, between work, family, and relationship responsibilities.
Brain fog and forgetfulness have you questioning whether you can still trust yourself.
You’re exhausted from being “the capable one” while privately struggling to keep up.

Make sense of what you're feeling. Understand why so many women stop recognizing themselves in midlife, and put a name to the unexpected grief and identity shifts that come with it.
Break the cycle between your mind and your symptoms. Learn how anxiety, brain fog and irritability connect to your hormones, and why treating the emotional side can ease the physical symptoms too.
Let go of the beliefs that keep you stuck. Learn where "it is what it is" and "I should handle this on my own" come from, and why suffering doesn't have to be part of the deal.
Feel more like yourself starting today. Build self-compassion, track your moods and symptoms, and make small daily changes that help you feel steadier and more in control.
Get support that takes you seriously. Learn the red flags that show a provider isn't prepared to help, and how to find the community, support groups and menopause-informed therapists who can.

I'm Tamara, and I'm here to help you discover how to thrive in this new stage of life.
I know how challenging midlife can be because I lived it. My body was changing and no amount of expert opinions, diagnoses, or treatments could make it make sense. My symptoms were dismissed, my relationships strained, and I even began to question who I was as a person.
Worst of all, I went through it without understanding how my body and mind were transforming.
But you don't have to.
I started The New Change to help women navigate this stage of life with grace, strength, and confidence.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist. After my own experience, I trained specifically in perimenopause and menopause, a stage most clinicians get almost no preparation in.
The New Change provides the support I wish I had: a safe place to explore the psychological changes midlife brings, build evidence-backed skills, and work with a clinician trained in women's mental health.
When you sign up, you'll also get access to The Toolkit for Change: a free collection of resources designed to put everything you learn in this course into practice.

If you are a woman approaching, going through, or coming out the other side of the menopause transition, this course is for you.
Schools, doctors, and society at large do not equip most women with the information needed to thrive through this transition. That’s what this course is for.
The course is delivered via email over 4 days. Each email will take about 5-10 minutes to read.
You’ll get access to the bonus Toolkit for Change immediately upon completing the form.
If your partner is going through menopause (or if you are and think your partner might benefit from understanding this transition), we recommend checking out the Spouses Menopause Map, a version of this course designed specifically for partners of women in the menopause transition
A static email course could never replace a trained therapist specializing in the exact issues you are facing. But understanding more about this phase of life can be immensely valuable in navigating it successfully, both with a therapist and on your own.
By joining the course, you agree to occasionally receive emails from us. Your contact information will never be sold or transferred, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
